ShopReveal, for Shopify store owners

I fix Shopify product listings so AI shopping assistants pick them.

Shoppers now ask ChatGPT, Google Gemini and Shopify’s Shop app what to buy, and get a handful of products back. Shopify puts your products in the catalog those assistants search, then stops. I find what each of your listings is missing, fix it with your approval, and check every week whether it worked.

90-second setup No access to orders, customers or banking Every change checked first, and reversible

Free store check

I run the searches a shopper would ask, through the same catalog search the AI assistants use, and send you where your store lands, which competitors rank above you, and what I would fix first. No access to your store needed.

You get the check by email within two business days. I keep the address for the reply and nothing else.

What I do

Three steps, on your best-selling products

Not your whole catalog. The three to five products that sell, or should. Each step is measured, and you see the numbers.

1

Check

I run the exact searches a shopper would ask, through the same catalog search the AI assistants call. You see where your store lands on each one, which competitors rank above you, and how many reviews they carry.

2

Fix

For each product, what is missing and the exact new wording: a title that says what the product is, a description with concrete facts and numbers, the photo shots that are absent, alt text, the fields Google reads. You approve every change before it goes in.

3

Grow

Reviews are the signal AI assistants weigh most, and no listing edit can replace them. Review requests switched on, replies written, the welcome and abandoned checkout emails live, a product video. A weekly report shows what moved.

Why it is different

What Shopify’s own tools and SEO agencies do not do

Shopify’s Sidekick will edit a listing if you tell it what to write. An SEO agency works on Google’s list of links. Neither one starts from what shoppers ask an AI assistant, and neither one says which of your products is losing or why.

Checked in my own Shopify admin, October 2026: Sidekick does not write listings from shopper searches, does not monitor AI search results, and does not say which competitors rank above a product. Those gaps are what ShopReveal does.

How it works for you

Ninety seconds of setup, and a promise you can check

You add me as staff in your Shopify admin with one permission. I set up the connection inside your store. You never see a secret, and you can remove me in one click.

What I can see

Product names, descriptions, photos, prices and your unpublished drafts. The things your customers already see, plus the drafts.

What I cannot see

Your orders, your customers, your revenue, your banking. Not hidden from me. Unable to load at all, because the connection never asks for them. Shopify shows you the four permissions before you approve, and you can revoke them any time.

Every change is checked first, and reversible

  • Nothing is written without your approval, and a confirmation that names your store.
  • Right before each change, I read the live value again. If it changed since the review, I skip it rather than overwrite it.
  • What the field said before is saved before the change is made. One click puts it back.
  • Only active products are touched. Drafts and archived products are never written to.
  • You get a written record of every change: what it said, what it says now, and why.

What I found on my own store first

I built ShopReveal for MinkeeBlue, my own bag company on Shopify, before offering it to anyone else. Every number below says what it was measured over. Counted means it came from Shopify’s data, not from an estimate.

Every page

Google could not read my product data. A theme setting wrote the barcode as a number with a leading zero, which is invalid in the format Google reads, so the product information block failed on every active product page. One line in the theme fixed it.

Counted Every active product page was read and checked.

2 of 16

Shopper searches moved into the top 10 the same day the titles and descriptions were rewritten in shoppers’ words. Four of sixteen now show the store.

Counted Shopify’s catalog search, the one AI assistants call, October 2026.

77.7 to 92.6

The listing audit score across five active products, after 16 approved changes. Shopify does not publish its own score, so this one is mine, built from the signals Shopify documents.

Counted Eight signals, five products, the math stated in the report.

The honest part: the twelve searches that did not move are held by stores with hundreds to thousands of reviews. Rewritten text did not take those, and was never going to. That is why reviews are step three, and why I never promise a position.

About me

Sherrill Mosee

I started MinkeeBlue, a bag company for women who were tired of carrying three bags to work, and I sell on Shopify myself. When shoppers started asking AI assistants what to buy, I wanted to know whether my products came up. Shopify could tell me I was listed. Nobody could tell me why I was not being picked.

So I built the tool that answers that, ran it on my own store first, and fixed what it found. ShopReveal is that tool, with me running it for you.

I also teach AI to beginners at Forest Park AI, in everyday language, which is how I write every report: what is wrong, what to do, and whether it worked. No jargon, no score you have to take on trust.

If you want to see the check before you decide anything, start with the free one. It needs nothing from you but your store’s address.
